What is aluminum laminate film?
Aluminum foil laminate film usually refers to laminated rolls containing pure aluminum (AL) or aluminized (VMPET) material, and is the most commonly used laminate film in everyday use.
What is the difference between aluminum foil and aluminized material?
Aluminum foil (al)
1. Aluminum foil is an extremely thin form of sheet formed by repeated calendering of high-purity aluminum, which is an excellent heat conductor and light shield.
2. The purity of aluminum foil for packaging is over 99.5%.
Aluminized film (VMPET)
Vacuum aluminized film is a film in which aluminum vapor is precipitated and stacked onto various base films under high vacuum, and the thickness of the aluminized layer is generally 350 to 400A.
Aluminum foil features
Good mechanical strength, light weight, no thermal adhesion, metallic luster, good shading, strong reflection of light, not easily corroded, good barrier, moisture and water resistant, airtight, and fragrance retention.
Aluminized film features
It has metallic luster, large gas barrier, low adhesion viscosity, and easy transfer of aluminized layer after compound processing.
What kind of packaging is aluminum foil laminated film roll applicable to?
(1) Applicable to various circuit boards, electronic products, printing equipment supplies, precision machinery parts, consumer goods, industrial products and other packaging. For example: PC boards, IC integrated circuits, electronic components, toner cartridges, ink cartridges, various types of LED industry SMT chip, light bar packaging, precision hardware, auto parts and other packaging.
(2) Food packaging: rice, meat products, dried fish, aquatic products, preserved meat, roast duck, roast chicken, roast pork, frozen food, ham, cured meat products, sausages, cooked meat products, pickles, bean paste, seasonings, etc. to preserve the fragrance, quality and taste.
